The two climbers just below the cornice has taken a route that really needs a lot of skill and courage, and the route really scares me...Where is the photo taken, and what are the story behind it?Best regardsBjörn
Hi Bjorn. The climb is Slipstream in the Canadian Rockies. It is the easiest technical route on the east face of Snow Dome and the obviously much harder route on the North side which we see the top of in that photo. Heady stuff for us in 1981. Technically casual today but long and as you noted dangerous in bad conditions an the obvious objective danger that is always there.
